ATA Support/FAC Management
- Process and update roster changes requests from users.
- Process dotted line contractor employees to connect to PTFI positions.
- Run, prepare & distribute contractors work hours report to department users.
- Verify, validate, and reconcile contractors timesheet with work hours data in ATA.
- Send verified final work hours to each contractor as a basis for submitting commercial invoice to PTFI.
- Ensure contractors work hours is in line with company policy & procedure, contract agreement and CLA.
- Ensure the work hours is in line with fatigue management policy, (e.g work hours not exceeded 350 hours/month & not working more than 13 days without day offs.
- Perform special project assigned by supervisor/dept. head to support senior management requests.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- Requires 0-2 years experience in Finance and Accounting.

VP Smelter and Refining, Business Process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and ten (10) years progressive managerial experience and business administration in mining operations, mineral beneficiation and refining processes or relative field.
- Proven experience as manager for a variety of administrative business functions.
- Experience in green field start-up operation.
- Proven track record in setting up of business systems across multiple departments. In depth knowledge of enterprise system SAP is essential.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures, compliance and strong governance practices, in addition to departmental and legal policies.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
- Excellent knowledge in material management and supply chain is essential.
- Strong knowledge in financial and facilities management principles including budget management.
- Experience in applying technology to improve business process and controls.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization using spoken and written media approaches.
- An analytical and strategic skillset to assess and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with collaboration and leadership skills with a focus on functional support to the success of the operations objectives.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Masters Level) and qualifications in business administration and business functions.
- Qualifications and knowledge in Project Management such as PMP (PMBOK) or Prince2 or equivalent.
- Supply Chain qualifications such as SCPro (CSCMP), CPIM/CSCP (APICS), CIPS or equivalent.
