Kualifikasi
ACCOUNTANT III
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a Bachelor’s Degree in another discipline plus 18 credit hours of Accounting, or successful completion of the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam or the international equivalent. A minimum of 2-4 years of exempt accounting experience is recommended.
SEM AP REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
- Proficient level English.
- College or university degree or equivalent experience.
- 9 (nine) to 12 (twelve) years of progressively responsible job-related experience are required including field, staff, support and supervisory assignments.
- Thorough knowledge of company products, product applications or merchandising programs.
- An understanding of mechanized claims processing, service data systems and/or dealer operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- Willing to travel extensively.
ASSEMBLER
- Lulusan dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, diutamakan jurusan teknik otomotif dan alat berat
- Memiliki pengalaman minimum 1 tahun sebagai assembler

QUALITY SPECIALIST (IQA)
- Minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas atau sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun atau kurang di NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) atau dalam proses pengelasan
- Lulusan baru dipersilakan
- Memiliki Sertifikat valid MT / PT (ASNT / ISO)
- Akrab dengan Microsoft Office terutama Microsoft Excel

UG TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE
- This position requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience. Completion of the Caterpillar pre-field marketing training development program is highly recommended. Incumbents usually have had 6 to 8 years prior experience in underground field position. Incumbents begin exhibiting ability to work independently and to communicate effectively with others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.
TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering filed or significant technical experience with Caterpillar mining products.
- 3+ years of technical support or service engineer experience.
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
- Basic proficient in English.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Electrical Power sub-degree.
- Good technical knowledge of Electrical Power System, Electrical Equipment and Power Automation.
- Knowledge of electrical application standards and regulation including PUIL.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in facility or plant electrical maintenance or related support & services.
- Capability to read and manage OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Manuals, Drawing, DED (Detail Engineering Design), BoQ (Bill of Quality).
- Strong Problem Solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
- Basic English proficiency (Reading-Writing-Speaking).
- Engineering or related degree background or equivalent experiences.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3-4 years of work-related experience for Diploma III/S1 (bachelor) or 9 years’ experience for SMK/vocational degree and experience in TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) implementation.
- Knowledge in systems utilization and facility / plant engineering concepts.
- Capability to read and manage OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Manuals, Drawing, DED (Detail Engineering Design), BoQ (Bill of Quality).
- Strong Problem Solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to operate computer and common business software (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.).
HR CONSULTANT
- A 4-year college or university degree and a minimum of 2 years exempt human resource experience is recommended. Previous work experience must be progressively increasing in responsibility and accountability and demonstrate an ability to gain knowledge, skills, and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached.
- Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
