Mechanic (CLG)

Responsibilities

  • Ability to inspect engines, compressors and mechanical equipment: diagnose problems, root cause analysis during troubleshooting, and determine extent of necessary repairs; supervise and schedule repairs, corrective and routine preventative maintenance
  • Ability to overhaul, repairs and maintenance engines, compressors, pumps, turbines and motors.
  • Detailed awareness of compressor components including lubrication systems, shut-down systems, loading and unloading valves, pistons, valves and electrical systems
  • Monitor and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity to minimize problems and downtime.
  • Perform lockout / tagout, starting/stopping of equipment, and perform equipment checks


Requirements

  • Min. diploma degree from engineering discipline
  • At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (mechanic, mechanical/maintenance technician) of gas compressor
  • Required Skills: Gas Compressor Operation and Maintenance, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repairs, Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment, Instrumentation & Control, Operate and Monitor Valve Control System
  • Capable for overhaul Waukesha and Caterpillar engine, gas compressor (Ariel, Dresser rand, Ingersoll rand and VRU)
  • Good analytical thinking, teamwork and cooperation



Planning and; Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic planning and initiatives of the company including acquisitions and investment appraisal by providing financial planning and modelling skills
  • Produce models and economics evaluation for new business/project/contract/negotiation process/feasibility study and recommendation for Board of Directors in analyzing impact of short term and long-term decisions to company's performance
  • Perform review on the monthly financial performance of the company and its affiliates company
  • Improve financial status by analyzing actual results with plan and forecast/budget, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
  • Periodically prepare and update on macro-economic industries analysis

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Banking, or other quantitative discipline/equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Planning & Financial Analyst in the related field (investment, corporate strategy, financial planning & analysis, consulting, analytics) or other similar role
  • Having experience in oil and gas industry, onshore & offshore projects for gas infrastructure, power plants, energy services etc would be an advantage
  • Required Skill(s): Financial Modelling, Business Planning, Economic Analysis (Industry & Market Trends), Project Economic Evaluation, Financial Report, Budgeting/Forecasting, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Information Seeking


Manager|GM Business Development

Responsibilities

  • To develop the company's business with optimization and expansion of natural gas pipelines and infrastructure utilization as well as looking for other business opportunities to support the company's vision and mission
  • To establish market plan and target business function within negotiation agreements to ensure the company's increase process are aligned with the plan
  • To establish the contract management and establishing the effective business relationships with customers to ensure proper, effective and timely contract implementation and the continuity of company's value and reputation 
  • To perform business planning and economics evaluation for new project/contract/negotiation process/feasibility study and also recommendation for Board of Directors in analyzing impact of short term and long term decisions to company's performance
  • To establish regulatory affairs to ensure attainment of regulatory approval to support the company's vision and mission in all business operational dimensions

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (any disciplines), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (preferably in oil and gas industry, engaged in onshore & offshore projects for gas infrastructure, power plants, energy services etc and having good networking with stakeholders in oil and gas industry).
  • Required Skill(s): Business Development, Financial Model, Marketing Strategy, Contract Management, Gas Contracting Laws & Terms, Economic Analysis (Industry & Market Trends), Project Economic Evaluation, Gas Regulatory Requirements, Lobbying & Negotiating, Networking & Relationship Building
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Having strong leadership, keen in analyzing, capable and quick to make decisions


Supervisor Legal

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review the completeness of documents for filing permits to ensure that the company has all the necessary permits and licenses
  • Conduct negotiations or permissions required by the company
  • New provisions and regulations updates related to the company's business
  • Provide legal opinions regarding the company's overall operational activities
  • Consult with notaries, authorities, and lawyers for unresolved cases that have been submitted to the Attorney
  • The draft draft was devised from the objectives of the company
  • Prepare and draft the contract agreements, as well as company legal products such as decisions, regulations etc.
  • Resolve legal issues both litigation and non-litigation if needed can be assisted by a legal institution

Requirements

  • Male or Female age max. 35 years​Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree on Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 year (s) in managing legal fields from oil, gas, and company background infrastructure would be an advantage.
  • Strong personnel and supervisory skills
  • Team player, hands on, and able to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Good understanding of Indonesian gas commercial regulation / downstream from a legal perspective is highly regarded


Manager Legal

Responsibilities


  • Prepare legal contract documents needed by work units related to the company's business activities
  • Review incoming contracts and provide legal opinions related to incoming contract
  • Carry out negotiations with third parties in preparing contracts that cover, managing, negotiating, and renegotiating each of the terms and conditions that apply in the contract that will and is being agreed upon
  • Evaluate or monitor the performance of contracts to determine the need for changes or extension of contracts, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Create and review SOPs


Requirements

  • Male or Female age max. 40 years
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) in managing Legal field from oil, gas, and infrastructure company background would be an advantage.
  • Strong personnel and leadership skills
  • Team player, aggressive, hands on, and able to foster a cooperative work environment
  • Good understanding of Indonesian gas commercial regulation / downstream from a legal perspective is highly regarded

Basic Skills:


  • Good  communication & Presentation  Skill
