- Indonesian citizen,
- Preferred men to positions that require men.
- Participants are able and willing to be placed in all areas of operations of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk.
- Applicants as of May 1, 2016 the maximum age:
- 28 yrs for Education Qualifications Strata 1 (S1) and D IV;
- 26 yrs for Education Qualifications Diploma 3 (DIII);
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 for the Accreditation of Higher Education with a GPA of at least 3:00 for Higher Education Accreditation B and a minimum GPA of 3.25 for Higher Education Accreditation C.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Drug-free and No drugs.
- Unbound employment relationship or bond with the company / other agencies.
- Allowed only apply to one area of expertise.
- Not in legal proceedings and lawsuits or criminal status.
