Responsibilities:
- Follow Principal’s Brand guidelines, positioning and communication
- Plan, implement & monitor marketing activities for the Brand promotions, press conferences, campaigns, etc
- Social media activities and communication
- Website management
- Analyze marketing activities and campaigns and formulate action plan
- Work with Executive Chef and Training Manager for new product development
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on restaurant marketing needs and board developments
- Communicate with Restaurant Managers for LSM, promotions, etc
- Communicate with mall tenant relations for events, etc
- Reports to General Manager
Requirements:
- Female max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in F&B Sales and Marketing.
- Have understanding in macro economy, up to date with market trends in F&B with keen business sense.
- English proficiency both oral & written is a must.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill.
- Good presentation skill.
- With self confidence & good appearance.
- Proficient in marketing research and activities, knowledgeable in financial management.
- Good media connection and network.
