west district of Jakarta. Currently, we are looking for highly dedicated and qualified applicant to fill several positions of :
Leasing Deputy Manager
Banten
Banten
Responsibilities:
- To direct and coordinate the activities of leasing staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
- To responsible for monitoring leasing, lease assignment or lease termination on insolvent tenant, tenancy mix and opening of leased unit.
- To propose unit prices, leasing revenue and occupancy rate target based on survey comparison on surrounding competitors to be approved by Management.
- To coordinate LOO, leasing report preparation, casual & wall sign & pole sign lease, LOO preparation for newly offered prospective tenant.
- To ensures that established target is met.
- To ensures that non-productive area generates revenue for the company
Requirements:
- Female, max 35 years old
- S1 in any major from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (Preferable from overseas graduate)
- Min 7 years experiences as Leasing Executive in Shopping Center
- Leaderships, Good Communication Skill, Honest and Discipline
- Fluent in English ( both speaking and writing
- Able to use Microsoft Office
