- Activation assessment center BNI
- Designing a roadmap and strategy management assessment center BNI forward
- Develop qualification and procurement for the assessment center BNI
- Create / develop the design, methods and tools of assessment center run quality control on the assessment results
- Communicating the results of the assessment to the management of BNI and hand the Related piha / user
Persyaratan
- Education Bachelor degree or Master degree S2 / S2 Psychology with professional certification (S.Psi.Psi / M.Psi)
- Candidat have expertise in the operation assessment center
- Experienced assessing the assessment center method
- Candidat having a certification as a Certified Assessor Assessment Center
- Candidat Experience (minimal 1 year)
- Candidat have experience developing the design, methods, and tools assessment center
